Meltdown Sale Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Meltdown Sale, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Return / No Exchange

All products purchased under the Meltdown Sale are sold on a final-sale basis. Products marked as part of the Meltdown Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or store credit, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. COD Charges

Any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, exchanges, partial refunds, or failed delivery attempts.

3. Pay in Parts / EMI Orders

Orders placed using Pay in Parts, EMI, or any installment-based payment option are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once the order has been confirmed.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders placed during the Meltdown Sale cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. The company reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or technical issues.

5. Product Availability

All products are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to stock availability. Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee reservation of stock.

6. Rights Reserved

The company reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Meltdown Sale and its terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order during the Meltdown Sale, the customer acknowledges and accepts all the above terms and conditions.
