1. About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of IDCult.com and purchases made through the website. The website is operated by M&B Footwear Private Limited (“iDCult”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. Use by minors, where permitted, must be under the supervision and responsibility of a parent/lawful guardian.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, colours, prices, sizes and availability accurate. Screen settings can affect colour appearance and minor differences may occur.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may validate order/payment before dispatch and may cancel for permitted reasons.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change. If a material error is identified before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and refund any eligible payment collected.

6. Customer responsibilities

·       Do not scrape, copy or misuse website content without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

The iDCult name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, text, graphics, software and other website content are owned by or licensed to M&B Footwear Private Limited or respective rights holders. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, feedback or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing. We may moderate, remove or decline content that violates our standards or law. Any rights needed to display/use submitted content should be stated clearly in the relevant submission interface.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where necessary.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDCult will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for losses or claims arising from unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes should first be raised with Customer Care for an attempt at amicable resolution. Any further jurisdiction/arbitration mechanism should be finalized by iDCult’s legal counsel before publication and kept consistent across the website.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published with an updated effective date.
