Where we deliver

We currently deliver orders within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping charges

Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge.

A flat Cash on Delivery (COD) fee of ₹100 is applicable to COD orders. The COD fee is non-refundable, including where an eligible order is subsequently returned or cancelled, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Order processing

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Most orders are expected to reach customers within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery may take longer for remote locations, peak sale periods, adverse weather, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking updates are subject to the logistics partner’s systems.

Delivery issues

·       Please provide a complete and accurate name, mobile number and delivery address.

·       If an order is delayed, appears stuck in transit, is marked delivered but has not been received, or arrives damaged, contact care@idcult.com with your order number.

·       If delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete customer information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempts, where permitted.

Logistics partners

We use established logistics partners for delivery across India. The courier partner may vary by destination and serviceability.
