Clearance Sale Exchange Policy

1. Clearance Sale Exchange

Products purchased under the Clearance Sale are eligible for size exchange or product exchange, subject to product availability and the conditions set out below.

Clearance Sale products are not eligible for a cash refund or a standard return without exchange.

2. Size Exchange

Customers may request an exchange for a different size of the same product within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Have all original tags and labels intact.
• Include the original packaging and accessories.
• Pass iDCult's quality and condition check.

3. Product Exchange

Customers may request an exchange for a different product within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to availability.

If the replacement product has a higher selling price, the customer must pay the applicable price difference.

If the replacement product has a lower selling price, any applicable difference will be handled as communicated by Customer Care.

4. Courier Costs for Clearance Exchanges

For all Clearance Sale exchanges, the customer is responsible for all courier costs associated with the exchange.

This includes:

• The cost of shipping the original product from the customer to the iDCult warehouse.
• The cost of shipping the replacement product from the iDCult warehouse to the customer.

Courier costs are separate from any product price difference applicable to a product exchange.

5. Exchange Process

The customer must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery and follow the instructions provided by Customer Care.

The original product must be received by iDCult and successfully pass the applicable quality and condition check before the replacement product is dispatched.

Replacement will be subject to:

• Product availability.
• Payment of any applicable price difference.
• Payment of applicable courier costs.
• Compliance with all exchange conditions stated in this policy.
