Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return request must be raised within this period.
Eligibility
The product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags, labels, packaging and accessories intact. The original invoice/order details may be required.
Non-returnable products
- Products purchased under a Clearance Sale or any promotion specifically stated as non-returnable.
- Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging/tags.
- Products that do not pass our quality/condition check.
How to request a return
- Contact Customer Care at care@idcult.com with your order number and reason for return, or use the website return facility if enabled.
- Follow the return instructions provided. Do not send a product back without first raising a return request.
- The returned product will be inspected and approval is subject to the eligibility conditions.
Return shipping
Where a return is accepted, the reverse-pickup process will be communicated. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we may ask you to ship the product to us as instructed by Customer Care.
Product issues
If the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, report it promptly under the Product Claims policy rather than treating it as a normal return.
